Managing Director, Puresil India
Mr. Anil Nandaniya is a young and dynamic entrepreneur with over 11 years of experience in mining, mineral processing, and international trade. At the age of 19, he began his entrepreneurial journey to now lead Puresil India.
As the Managing Director of Puresil India, he has played a key role in transforming the company into one of the top manufacturers and exporters of industrial minerals in India. The company has built a strong presence in over 20 countries under his leadership.
What sets him apart is his hands-on approach, global vision, and deep understanding of the industry. He has helped Puresil scale up operations significantly with the capacity to process over 300,000 tons of raw material annually while maintaining a strong focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
His leadership style is built on transparency, ethical partnerships, and long-term vision. He believes in being sustainable and responsible to the environment as he ensures the integrity of company’s operations at each level. Under his guidance, Puresil India makes conscious efforts to protect and restore the land by strictly adheres to government and environmental regulations.
